Abstract：
图书馆内部有着大量图书资料，需要采取措施提高图书资料的利用率，进一步发挥图书馆的作用，推进社会主义文化事业的建设，提高国民文化素养水平。鉴于此，文中以图书馆为着手点，分析图书资料利用过程中存在的问题，结合实际情况给出提高图书资料利用率的措施，推进国内图书馆事业的可持续性健康发展。
