    Abstract：

    了解成都市基层医疗机构中医医疗服务质量与患者就医意愿现状，探究中医医疗服务质量对患者就医意愿的影响，为进一步推进成都市基层中医药发展提供参考。方法 运用问卷调查法、结构方程模型分析中医医疗服务质量对就医意愿的影响路径。结果 成都市基层医疗机构患者就医意愿处于中等水平；不同年龄、文化程度的患者在就医意愿评价上存在差异；中医医疗服务质量以患者满意度为中介对就医意愿产生正向影响。
