Abstract：
现代社会当中，电能已经成为人类社会发展必不可少的能源，尤其是在当前我国经济转型发展的关键时期，电能的需求更是日益扩大。因此，如何做好电能的供应工作，全面满足人们生活和经济发展的需求，助推供给侧结构性改革，就显得意义重大。而变电运维技术作为电力运行系统中的一个关键环节，其稳定的运行是保障电力系统可靠性的重要基础。因此，系统的对变电运维技术进行研究具有十分重要的现实意义，能够更好的夯实整个电力运行的基础，从而促进经济社会的有序发展。
