探究如何培养建筑工程管理专业人才

Abstract：
随着我国城镇化建设进程的逐渐加快，建筑工程项目的规模不断扩大，培养一批既懂技术又懂管理的复合型高级管理人才，成为我国高校教育教学进程中的一项重要课题。而工程管理专业融理论、技能于一体，专业性、实践性较强，工程管理专业培养的是应用型专业人才，要求学生具有管理学、经济学和建筑工程技术的基本知识，掌握现代管理科学的理论、方法和手段，以补充建筑企业对高素质技能型的一线施工技术与管理人员的需求。基于此，本文就如何培养建筑工程管理专业人才进行探究。
