    Abstract：

    随着现阶段我国基层农田水利建设的规模和范围逐渐加大，水土流失问题也开始受到社会各界关注。既严重影响了正常农业生产，也严重影响了地区生态环境的保持。因此，一定要重视基层农田水利水土保持工作，打造积极健康的农田生态体系，保障基层农田能长久持续生产使用，为我国居民粮食储量安全奠定坚实基础。
