Abstract：
当前，我国很多初中数学教师在教学中都普遍运用分层教学策略，这样不仅可以提高学生学习效率，而且有助于实现既定的教学目标。通过分层教学，教师不仅可以根据学生个体之间的差异性，制定出更加具有针对性的教学目标与教学内容，同时也能够对不同层次的学生实施因材施教，对学生各个方面的能力进行精准化的培养与提升。基于此，本文章主要针对初中数学分层教学策略展开了深入的分析与探究。
