中职班主任班级管理过程中的德育渗透策略

Abstract：

随着现代中等职业教育事业的快速发展，班主任班级管理工作面临着严峻挑战与考验，如何通过行之有效的方法与策略，强化德育渗透效果，备受业内关注。基于此，本文立足中职班主任班级管理实际，结合相关实践经验，分别从重视师生互动，丰富德育路径等多个角度与方面，提出了班级管理过程中德育渗透策略。
