Abstract：
新时期拥有新的教育教学思想，德育教育作为最为重要的任务，是广大一线教师追求的理想和目标，在培养学生高尚情怀提高学生道德素养方面，将产生深远的影响。作为小学班主任，需要从文章中所提到的教学方法入手，结合德育教育开展的具体情况，灵活性的进行更新，促使各个教学层面与德育教育进行完美的结合，不断的探索新的教学路径，培养学生正确的认知观，科学化的研究立德树人的目标，变革班级管理的形式，创新性的进行工作的设计，以全面提高学生的综合素质和水平。
