    Abstract：

    随着社会的不断发展，学生接触到的新鲜事物越来越多，心智越来越成熟，广大教育实践者现在不仅要对学生进行教学，让学生进行有效学习，还要在积极心理学的视野下开展心理健康辅导教育，解决学生出现的各种心理问题，让学生得到健康成长。为此，身为一名中职教育工作者，我们要对积极心理学有一个充分的认识，并要在积极心理学的指导下，对学生开展心理辅导，从而能够促进学生积极健康心理的养成。
