Abstract：
英语作为初中生的日常必修课程，有着极其重要的教学地位，而由于语言环境的差异性以及传统教学模式的影响，初中生对于学习英语产生了抵触心理。因此，为了改善初中学生的英语学习心态和环境，初中教师需要改变传统的以教师为主体的教学方式，转化为以学生为主体的新型差异教学方式，以此促进初中生的英语学习兴趣，提高其口语表达能力。
