Abstract：
众所周知，德育教育在初中阶段是非常重要的，德育教育贯穿于整个学校的教学和学习当中。他随着我国教育水平和经济水平的不断提高，社会对于教育事业提出了更高的要求，因此，为了更好的迎接这次挑战，老师们就需要在进行日常教学的时候注重德育教育的工作艺术。本文将对初中班主任的德育工作艺术进行简单的阐述，并不断寻找解决办法提高班主任的德育教育水平。
