    移动互联网时代的到来为公共图书馆的读者服务模式提供了新的契机。本文重点介绍WAP网站、微信公众号、APP三大典型新媒体服务模式，分析在读者服务中各平台的优劣势，并提出通过优势互补、多平台并行的读者服务模式为读者提供服务。
