    Abstract：

    核心素养理念在我国出现时间短。核心素养提倡以学生为中心。数学教师在数学教学过程中要从学生的角度着手，制定对应的教学方案。教师虽然具有丰富的教学经验，但是却会忽视一部分问题，这些问题都是学生在学习过程中时常会碰到的。教师要从学生的角度出发，与学生多展开沟通，这样教师才能在核心素养的背景下建立起高效的数学课堂。
