    作为一名人民教师，百分之百的人希望自己的学生都是优等生，但每个学校，每个年级，每个班级都会存在一定的“后进生”，苏霍姆林斯基的教育观点中提到“让每个学生都抬起头来”，因此如何做好“后进生”的转化工作，是摆在我们每位老师面前的重要课题。
