    在教学过程中，教师的积极性直接影响着学生们的学习，同时也关系着职业院校的发展。在职业院校的教师管理中，激发教师的教学积极性，发挥引导学生学习成长的主导力量，切实地提升教学水平。本文针对地理学科的教师管理展开分析，研讨激励机制管理的重要意义，并根据目前职业学院地理教学管理中存在的问题提出解决措施。
