    2015年教育部实施首批现代学徒制试点，济南二机床为首批八家试点企业之一，在实施过程中，创新性制定现代学徒制“1211+X”人才培养方案、实施“一岗十周，五岗轮换，一徒五师，一师双徒”教学组织和“四层递进”岗位教学项目分步模式，取得良好效果。
