    高校校史馆是集中展示高校历史、传播高校文化精神的平台，而讲解员是校园历史文化动态的传播者，培养一支良好的讲解团队对高校和校史馆的发展有着重要作用，文章从选拔、培训以及管理激励机制三个方面对讲解员的工作进行了对策研究。
