Abstract：
在新课改的教学背景下，初中化学的教学目标不再仅限于对学生进行理论知识的灌输，而是要在传授学生基础知识的同时，培养学生的自主学习和探究等能力，帮助学生养成良好的科学素养，全面促进学生化学核心素养的发展与提升。本文首先阐述了科学素养的内涵与表征，分析了初中化学教学中培养学生科学素养的意义，然后以人教版九年级化学“燃烧与灭火”一课为例，积极探索了科学探究教学设计的有效策略，以期能够进一步推动初中生的综合全面发展。
