Abstract：
在初中阶段的学习过程中，道德与法治教育对于初中身心健康发展以及健全人格的形成都具有十分重要的意义，教师在设计一系列的教学活动的过程中都要以学生自我发展为主线，将教学内容结合起来，创设出一个良好的学习环境，促进初中学生的成长。在实际的教学活动中，学生自我发展和学习的结合还也要进行调整，在二者之间形成一个稳定的架构，在某些方面的活动中会有忽略的内容，所以在开展具体的教学活动时要适时进行研究和调整，不断优化，让初中正确认识自己的权利和义务。
