Abstract：
如今我国教育理念已经做出了重大改变,从应试教育转换为素质教育,因此,全面提升学生核心素养,成为高中阶段教学任务中的重要内容.为提高高中阶段德育工作成效,本文首先对目前高中班主任开展德育工作中存在的问题进行了阐述,并提出了有效开展高中德育工作的可行性策略,希望可以为广大高中班主任提供一些参考,促进我国高中生综合素养全面提升.
