Abstract：
"教学合一"是新课改下有效教学理念之一,强调对学生学习能力的培养,和学习方法的掌握,是"教"和"学"的完美体现.教师要革新教学方式方法,将两者贯穿在整个教学活动中,从而实现教与学的有效融合,丰富和创新课堂教学模式.这样才会从真正意义上构建初中数学的高效课堂,进而提高教学质量.
