    Abstract：

    高中体育教学是当前学校教育之中的重要组成部分,对于提升学生的综合素质具有至关重要的作用.基于此本文对当前高中体育教学的重要性进行了阐述,并由此入手分析了体育教育对学生进行健康宣教、促进学生培养期良好的体育锻炼习惯等作用,并就当前高中体育教学之中存在的不足状况进行了探讨,提出了相应的教学建议,以期对实际的工作形成帮助.
