    军事理论课不仅是国防教育中的重要内容,而且是提升国防后备建设力量的重要基础,当前高职军事理论课教学中存在师资力量薄弱、对军事课认识不足、教学质量不佳的问题.为此,管理者应优化师资力量、强化对军事课的认识、提高教学质量,有助于改变学生的思想观念,使其产生强大的学习热情,掌握更多的军事理论知识.
