能源统计是较为复杂的统计专业.在能源统计工作中存有不少困惑,特别是计算综合能源消费量时,为何要以标准煤为单位,为何全社会能耗既要按等价值又要按当量值核算.本文将结合能源统计理论知识和能源统计工作实践进行阐述,以期带大家走出困惑.
