    在重视教学的同时,教师在传播知识时也应注意培养学生的个人能力.在小学数学教学过程中,数学老师不仅需要培养学生对数学的浓厚兴趣,还需要帮助学生养成独立思考的良好习惯,从而有益于学生的学习和未来成长.
