    Abstract：

    随着我国基础教育阶段不断推进,基础教育阶段学校体育也一直在改革中前进,体育教师的培养方向也在改变.为了可以培养出未来的社会的建设者,体育教师培养的方向应向着这几点靠近:注重"五育"并举教育理念的培养;注重科研能力的培养;注重"教学效能感"的培养;培养学生成为复合型人才;注重培养传统体育文化传承和发展的意识.
