Abstract：
高校在行政管理中存在很多实际问题,针对这些问题,本文就"应答型"行政管理预警体系的应用做了简单的阐述,在高校行政管理的多个层面做了一些探索,目标是在高校建立应用型预警中心,设立防控中心,分层次对行政管理出现的问题进行预警,对突发公共事件进行报强度预警.
