    随着教育理念的不断发展演变,家校共育逐渐成为现阶段学校德育工作中重要的教育改革举措.而"家长志愿者"作为一种新型的家校共育模式,更是具有极为重要的应用价值.因此,本文将着眼于教学实践,具体阐述如何有效组织家长志愿者进校园活动,以期能够为学校整体德育质量的发展提供一定的助力.
