    小学一至二年级的教学是小学阶段非常重要的工作,不仅能决定孩子的学习基础,还会影响到其日后的行为习惯、学习风格、为人处世等诸多方面,尤其对班主任来说,更是一项重大任务.而选择语文老师担任此项工作,对于提高学生语言能力、培养学习习惯等,都具备一定的优势.语文教师也应结合学科特点,针对岗位职责,采取相应的管理措施,做好小学低段班主任的各项工作.
