    Abstract：

    近年来教育改革的不断发展，教育部门对于高中体育教学的重视度逐渐提高。在高中时期，学生有着较大的学业压力、课业繁重，能够进行体育锻炼的机会少之又少。在体育课程中教师应当合理利用这一时间，来带领学生进行适当的体育锻炼，提高学生的身体素质。并且当代学生锻炼意识较为薄弱，锻炼积极性不高。这与教师的教学方式有关，需要教师创新教学方法，来吸引学生的注意力，提高学生锻炼的兴趣。本文就高中体育教学中强化体能训练的路径展开探讨。
