Abstract：

为了使学生的个性得到良好的发展,班主任教师应该为学生建立良好的班风.小学阶段中,班主任作为主要管理则,其个性特点对学生的行为习惯、个性养成有着至关重要的作用,班主任的言行举止可以有效地促进积极班风的养成.因此,班主任应该将自身个性对班风的影响重视起来,严格要求自己,为建设优良班风奠定扎实的基础.
