    在当前的时代背景下,科学技术人才的竞争十分激烈,而理科优等生的培养是科学技术人才培养的关键.在传统的高中物理教学中,教师在教学过程中忽略了学生之间的差异,对学生采取相同的教学方式,导致学生在学习过程中学习能力的发展受到了限制,高中物理优等生的培养效果十分有限.因此,本文将对高中物理教学的现状进行分析,探讨高中物理教学中优等生的培养策略.
