    根据我国的相关政策,在我国新农村建设过程中,对于农民问题要引起足够的重视,要切实提高农民的素质,以保证在日常的生产生活过程中可以用比较专业的理论以及体系来指导他们的生产活动.这个过程需要充分发挥我国政府的作用,通过在新农村建设过程中,对韵农民培训体系的调查研究发现,在这个过程中仍然存在着很多问题.
