农业水利工程具有极显著的社会经济效益,同时给区域生态环境带来不利的影响.文章分析了我国水利工程建设管理中存在的问题,并提出了水利工程建设和管理应对措施,可为农业水利发展规划及其发展目标的合理确定提供参考.
