Abstract：
教学过程是由教师的教与学生的学共同组成的，二者在教学中相辅相成，共同作用于教师的教学工作以及学生的学习过程，所以教师的教与学生的学同样重要。学生作为教学活动的主体，高效课堂严格要求学生的主体地位，充分调动学生积极性，在教学活动中务必确保学生主动参与多样的教学活动。学生可以从各个角度进行学习，但学习的第一场所在课堂，只有高效的课堂，才能让学生真正学好英语。
