    Abstract：

    “多层次沟通”是艾瑞克森心理学派经常使用的方法，它分成两个层面：表面层面，比如语言层面；深层意义，比如心理、情绪层面。透过语言看到学生的心理，沟通效果更加明显。也就是先接纳情绪情感，再处理事情。我们每个人都有喜怒哀乐，看到学生的心理、情绪而不是忽视心理、情感，这样对于师生的交往是有很大的帮助的。在平时的日常的教育教学中，如何和学生进行“多层次沟通”呢？我有以下几个案例与大家分享。
