Abstract：
身为一名幼教，我深切的懂得，教会幼儿们合理的学习，这是尊重孩子的天职，让孩子在启蒙阶段获取真知；而在教学中给予幼儿们关爱，则是尊重孩子的天性，让孩子们能保持轻松愉悦的形态。步入21世纪，我们更强调民主和谐，自然要真正着眼于幼儿们未来的发展，让他们身心得以协调，收获学习的韵律感。
