就业导向下的中职体育教学思考

Abstract：

就业不仅是民生之本，还是职业教育得以长存的根本原因。以就业为导向，以能力为本位，孕育技术型人才已成为当前中职院校的办学宗旨。从中职体育教学现状看，整体职业特性彰显不足，对学生专业发展促进力度低下，且教学效率不高。以就业为导向的职业教育向体育教学进行了批判，笔者就此谈谈自身想法。
