Abstract：

本文主要对将普拉提运动应用在高校健美操教学中的策略进行研究，分析将普拉提运动应用在健美操教学中的重要性，从而提出将普拉提运动应用在高校健美操教学中的具体策略，如增加普拉提课程、提高教师素质以及采用多元化的教学方式等，意在促进普拉提运动在高校体育教学中的发展，希望对相关的工作人员具有一定借鉴意义。
