    新的语文课程标准对语文课程的性质、理念、目标等进行具体的规定。在小学语文课程教学过程中，如何将新课程标准所倡导的新教学理念融入其中，根据新的课程教学理念来开展教学设计，推动小学语文课程教学质量的不断提升。作者将在本文中基于核心素养来研究如何更好地开展小学语文教学设计，以此来提升小学语文课程教学质量。
