Abstract：
教书育人的真正目的,是为了帮助学生满足社会发展人才的需要,将他们培养成一个有道德有文化,有思想的人.高中教育是我国知识性为主打的阶段,高中班主任在这一时期应该加强德育工作,对学生今后的学习和生活有着重要的影响.因此本文探讨怎样加强高中班主任德育工作的有效性,推进高中德育工作.
