师生关系是教育活动中最基本的人际关系.良好的师生关系能使学生拥有良好的情绪去面对学习.学生会因为喜欢一位教师而喜欢一门学科,同样,也可能因讨厌一位教师而讨厌学习.教师在教学工作中要善于发挥师生关系中的人际情感因素在促进学生发展中的巨大作用,建立和谐的师生关系,从而促进自己的教学工作.
