Abstract：
随着社会的不断发展,英语已经发展成为一门基础的语言,因此英语教育也备受重视.在新课改的推进下,初中英语教师在探索教学方法方面也颇见成效,尤其以"分层教学"效率最高.分层教学方法的推行,需要教师面向全体学生因材施教,结合每位学生的综合素质考量,进行教学实践.如此一来,学生的学习积极性会被充分调动起来,英语学习能力也能够了取得较大的进步.因此,教师应该积极钻研改进教学方法,将分层教学方法灵活地运用于课堂,为学生今后的英语学习夯实基础.
