    幼儿时期是个体体能开发和智力开发的重要时期,是幼儿心理发展的关键时期,在具体落实教育工作时,精细动作发展具有较高的价值,能够有效提升幼儿整体素质,本文综合探究组织婴幼儿进行精细动作发展的具体策略,分别从游戏活动,现实生活,玩具选择,教师素质和家园合作五个方面开展具体分析.
