    二十一世纪社会需要更多的创造性人才,而培养创造性人才的关键要培养人具有一定的创造性思维,因此,作为幼教工作者应把培养创造性思维摆在重要位置上,在科学教育环境中,发展幼儿思维的灵活性、变通性,培养探索发现的积极性,挖掘幼儿创造潜能,促进创造性思维的发展.
