    Abstract：

    近年来，我国的大学教育教学的发展迅速，重大公共危机背景下，繁杂的网络信息带来了认知偏差，高校和家庭两大场域形成数字鸿沟，使得思政教育主体人文关怀缺失，导致思政育人效果不明显、育人功能不突出。应对这些挑战，需要构建“一横三纵”高校思政教育创新发展路径，打造多维度思政云矩阵，促使家校社会协同育人。构建多层次思政教育创新机制，对于提高思政教育质量，提升思政育人功能具有重要意义。
