    想要赢取新冠疫情战役，保证学生的健康成长，需要家校合作、达成共识的统一目标才能够成功，面对新的挑战，班主任需要正确的指导家长提高对疫情的认知，掌握好学生的日常情况，落实好安全教育工作，正确的引导学生多元化的学习，积极的探索家校联合的新模式，不断地促进学生全面的发展，这也是提高班主任能力的重要机遇和途径。
