    笔者在高中语文的教学过程中，发现没有同样的学生，学生也在不断的变化中。在“双新”背景下的语文教学，关注学生在语文学科的核心素养方面的不同，我们认识到学生的个体差异，如能力水平、情感需要等。围绕着语文学科的核心素养的教学目标，就能根据学生个体差异实施高中语文新教材的因材施教。
