    随着教育改革的进程不断加快，当前校园中对班主任的专业能力要求也越来越高，传统班主任培养模式已经无法适应现今的教学需求了。为了能够提升班主任的职业能力和综合素养，工作室模式的出现为其发展带来了新的动力。本文基于工作室推动的班主任专业成长重要介质展开分析。
