Abstract：
随着网络信息技术和计算机技术的发展，我国进入大数据时代，人们对信息的需求日益增长，传统的信息服务已不能完全满足当今社会的需求。信息技术与网络的泛在化导致了信息环境中的泛在现象。泛在信息环境是一个全新的概念，具有普遍性、通用性和综合性。利用新的信息服务理念和新的信息技术，在泛在信息环境中构建公共图书馆泛在服务体系，实现泛在服务。
